It’s Time To Get Fit … Again!
Going to be our 3rd day tomorrow on the Fit-Fil Cebu 2013 program. This is my second time to join and I am looking forward to every single day when we will sweat our asses off just to lose weight and be fit.
It was last summer and while we were hoping the next Fit Fit Cebu should have been started this summer, I guess better late than nothing, right? My only concern is if one of these sessions we will get hit with rain. Last night, the sky fell on some raindrops but good thing it did not rain hard or else we would have been soaked.
And nobody wants to get soaked when they are all sweaty, right?
My body is still aching all over but it won’t stop me from trying to lose more weight. Last year, I lost more than 10 pounds. With patience, determination and sheer will from avoiding pansit canton, I managed to have my body be where it is now.
For the whole year, I ate normally when I wanted to but I made sure I burned off those calories. Imagine, when Fit-Fil Cebu season 2 started, I am a pound less after season 1. I maintained my weight for the whole year and I am proud of that considering it was my wife who encouraged me to join.
Now, I am more physically conscious, wanting to burn excess weight in order for me to have an excuse to eat something forbidden he he he.
The coming weeks should be fun as we were told that there will be beach and pool exercises. Now that is something I had never done ever since so it should be worth something to get excited about.
