All Companies Should Be Environment Conscious … ASAP

So why did I just say ASAP in my post title? Yesterday, I received a letter from my bank. I opened it and was pissed that it only contained a message informing me that if I have any problems, to feel free to contact them anytime. That was it?! The bank should have sent that message to me through email. After all, they have my email address. They wasted money sending that letter to me and they wasted a part of a tree just for that.

There are many companies now who have gone environment conscious by having the manuals of their products go digital. That move alone saves thousands of trees. The bank should have done the same thing. I gave them my email address after all. When clients open an account with them, they should ask them if it is alright that they send their clients email rather than sending snail mails.

The bank should be more environment conscious. ASAP! After reading the letter that lasted a few seconds, I threw it away. That piece of paper was wasted. I just hope that ALL companies do the same thing ASAP that some environment conscious companies do now.
