Anybody can place questions and provide answers. All users need to do is register first. It is absolutely free! Using the service is pretty simple. The user interface was created to make it convenient and easy for users to navigate around the site.
You can search questions by submitting a form or look at questions grouped by tags. If you wish to answer to existing questions, just click on the link of the question and provide the answer. If you want to create a new question, just click the link where it says “Ask a question”. That is all there is to it!
