Clash Of The Titans

Clash of the Titans is set in the Greek city of Argos where a war is about to explode between man and the gods. Perseus is raised as a fisherman, but is actually a demi-god (part God, part human). He is the son of Zeus, who is about to take on the gods after the death of his family. Zeus’ brother, the underworld god Hades was the one who killed his family, and Perseus wants to kill him.
However, it is Perseus’s destiny to rescue the city of Argos from the ruthless rage of Hades and his Kraken monster. With nothing to lose, Perseus leads a band of soldiers on a quest to defeat the Kraken. In doing this, Perseus will prevent Hades from overthrowing Zeus and in turn destroying mankind.
I did not get to watch this in 3D though but the movie is still great! My only comment with this movie is that it seemed short and the story is rushed. It is not because of the lack of action scenes. I just felt that this movie would have been good if it runs for at least 2 hours.
I have forgotten much of the classic movie version of this one and I am not that good with Greek mythology but I do know a number of things because of Justice League (Wonder Woman … rings a bell?). Sam Worthington has a streak of good movies with him. Darn lucky. You definitely should watch this. I did not look forward to Alice in Wonderland but I definitely was anticipating this.
It was great to see Medusa, Pegasus (surprised that the horse is all black) and the Kraken but no Poseidon. Great movie. Other than that, watch it if you have not!
