Luzon Is Screwed Again By The Storm August 2012
Man, Luzon is currently battered by a strong storm wherein rainfall exceeded more than how much it should be. This is always a worrisome scenario because diseases may spring up, deaths could happen, activities will be put on hold and people will have a hard time coping up with the current disaster.
I pray the storm will stop and get lost. It is just too much. Luzon just got hit by Gener a few days ago and here is another one. Who knows when the next one will hit. Considering that this is only the 7th of 20 storms on average to hit the Philippines every year, it is indeed worrisome.
Drainage is the number one problem. Even though the country is actively putting up structures one after the other, I wonder why the government agency in charge of drainage and such has not tried to implement on new locations a way to possibly overcome this problem.
I hope there won’t be any more casualties and that the typhoon will go stop and go away. The country has had enough. I worry those people whose bodies are in the water while moving from place to place. You know the dirt that gets mixed with the water. Open wounds are very dangerous when it comes into contact.
I even read from someone that his relative could not loo since the comfort room is submerged. Man … I hope he is alright and able to bear it.
