Michael Fertik Reputation
No, I am not talking about Michael Fertik’s reputation. His reputation is good as is. I mean, in the sense that he runs a company called Reputation.com where those who want their online reputation intact and in good perspective from the view of others should go to them for assistance.
Reputation is very important. Considering that social media plays a huge part in mostly everybody’s lives, a single negative issue can turn one’s reputation whether a company or a person really really bad.
For a company perspective, it can hurt their brand which can mean that people may not opt to buy their products. Michael Fertik is a genius, running a company that specializes in making sure clients’ reputation are always on the positive side.
Having a bad reputation is really bad, literally. It is just like trust, once it is broken it can be hard to mend. Once an entity gets a bad reputation, people’s perspectives may change for the better but it will take a very long time.
Time is gold, and everybody does not have all the time in the world to wait. It is always best to have a good reputation whether in the real world or in cyberspace.
