Cramps Are Indeed Nasty
This is the first time I have experienced cramps that did not occur because of my sitting position. This so happened because after so many workouts during the month long fitness program that I joined, I guess my thighs could not handle the pressure.
The sides of my thighs somehow hurt when I raise my legs up. I thought that cramps can only happen muscles somehow get folded or something like when I cross my legs. I understand now why even in sports I hear commentators say the player has a cramp when I did not see him cross legging or something in the first place.
I am not sure what the remedy for this one is. When my legs cross and I get a cramp I usually just straighten them to let the blood flow normally.
Cramps are indeed nasty and they can be troublesome if it will happen when you are in the water. God forbid I hope that won’t happen to me. But I am sure it won’t because I do not know how to swim in the first place ha ha!
This was a nasty experience. I hope, if possible it won’t happen to me again. Ouch!
