Quality Management Software
Quality management software is a software tool that consists of a series of computer programs automating the reporting on quality management issues such as quality assurance and quality control.
The end goal is to have a product that complies with government standards or the clients’ requirements while improving overall efficiency in order to boost profitability.
The software would also have the guidelines and reporting necessary to conduct testing and report on the result, as well as tie into a quality management software module that could report on the supplier related costs of poor quality.
It should be able to deal with tracking non conformance events, corrective preventative actions, document control, equipment management such as maintenance, trend analysis and even customer service.

Thank you for sharing this post. Good to know about Quality Management Software. Though, I would like to take an opinion from someone with QA testing experience to highlight if manual software testing with an independent third eye vision is still a better option to ensure that quality product reach the target market.
