Anything Goes

This year figures to be a busy year not just for me but also to my wife. If all goes according to schedule, we plan to start having our house built after the Holy Week. So currently I am busy trying to find ways to get some cash reserves. Even though I will borrow money from my dad, I still want to make sure that I get to borrow from him only as little as possible.

This looks to be a gargantuan task.

And the expenses .

I also am planning to buy a new computer though I am not yet sure if I will buy a PC desktop or a Mac Mini. No more new laptops for me because those things make your eyes’ vision bad. Yes. I have been using desktop computers for more than 15 years but I never had any vision problems until I bought a Macbook.

I am not blaming Apple of course but the laptop itself. Laptops are not useful when programming stuffs and they are quite a hassle. I prefer a desktop with a huge monitor that is why this time, I am not going to get a new laptop.

As for my wife and I, I hope this will be the year for our baby considering it is also the Year of the Dragon.

I met my financial quota last year. Though I have not set any goal for this year, I think maybe setting 3/4 of what I intended to reach last year is good enough for this year.
