This Brownout? No Way!

Okay, so I finally got to experience the brownout in Cagayan de Oro City. 4 hours? I was lucky it did not last 5 hours as is the usual case. But even so, this is just too much. And they blame it on the El Nino phenomenon? That the dam has very low water levels that people’s electricity needs cannot be accommodated all at the same time?

That is just preposterous! Too much! And full of baloney! There is more to this brownout situation than meets the eye. This is a conspiracy! But as usual, what can people do? Hoo boy! So just awhile ago I had to endure 4 hours of brownout. So yeah, others would say they experienced worse, but again, even so … this just sucks.

Pity to business establishments who have to endure this same predicament during their working hours. Even more so to those who experience them at night. Boo to those who lied about the truth! There should be electricity!
