Piglet With Three Eyes And Two Snouts Born In Ilocos Sur
Here is something unusual for a pig that happened somewhere in the Philippines.
Joven Ampo, who owns a farm supply store, said one of his customers called him up Monday to inform him about the unusual piglet, which was born in a litter of eight last Saturday. The seven other piglets were normal, he said.
The owner entrusted the care of the piglet to Ampo, an Animal Science graduate. He said it was unusual to find an abnormal piglet surviving for two days, as he had seen other unusual piglets that died almost immediately after birth.
We are helping the piglet nurse from its mother because he can’t hold his head up on his own. We’ll try to keep him alive) he said. The unusual piglet weighs about the same as the other piglets in the litter. From GMA News.
Man, poor little pig. I hope that it will not die right away and will continue to live for as long as it can. Even though these kind of abnormalities happen to animals, I pity them when any of them has it.
