Why I Stopped Watching 90210

I used to watch the latest revival of the 90210 hit series. I never watched the original so when this new incarnation came out a year ago, I thought of checking it out. At first I got hooked. The story is alright, enough to make me keep watching it until the end of season 1.

Once season 2 started, it started getting boring. Annie looks more and more like a boy than a girl (I think her hairstyle should change) plus she has been a wreck ever since that accident. 8 episodes into season 2 and I stopped watching the rest.

No story there, really. Just like Melrose Place. I am not sure if the original 90210 show was also like the new one. I guess it became a hit because of the actors and actresses, not the story or plot (if there ever was one). Same goes for the new 90210, there really is no plot here or something to make up a story. Just a tv show showing events about the lives of some kids living in a posh neighborhood.
