Disney And Marvel
I guess die hard comics fans knew about Disney’s acquisition of Marvel by Disney. Here is hoping Disney will not destroy Marvel’s image and let Marvel do their thing like they always do and only because of the acquisition will Marvel have more money to spend on probably advertisements and others to broaden the exposure. I surely do not want to see a Disney VS Marvel arcade game ha ha ha. Though it could be quite funny if a game would be made. I have some thoughts on who could be in the game and some good matchups:
- Submarine vs The Little Mermaid
- Wizard Mickey Mouse vs Doctor Strange
- Pocahontas vs Wild Thing
- X-Men’s Beast vs Beauty’s Beast
- Thumbelina vs Wasp
I know it won’t happen. And I hope Marvel’s upcoming movies will stay the same. We do not want Marvel live action movies to become too kiddie right? That would totally disappoint me. Heaven forbid if there is an X-Men Musical in the works, starring … Banshee haha! Good luck to Marvel and Disney. The acquisition totally surprised me but I am sure it is in the best of Marvel’s interest (as well as Disney that’s for sure).
