So medical marijuana in Florida is not illegal. But there are rules. I guess a potent plant like this needs regulations for users who may be addicted to them even when used for medical purposes.

First things first. One must look for a qualified Marijuana Doctors because they are the ones who can only order medical marijuana. 

Second, the doctor will have to get details of your medical condition and if your chronic condition actually meets the Florida Department of Health requirements for use of medical marijuana.

Third, if you pass the requirements, the physician must register your name and information with the Florida Department of Health’s Compassionate Use data base.

Rules are rules and these conditions must be met in order for one to avail of medical marijuana use.
