Delivery Man Review (2013)

From IMDB’s summary, the movie tells of an affable underachiever who finds out he had fathered 533 children through anonymous donations to a fertility clinic 20 years ago. Now he must decide whether or not to come forward when 142 of them file a lawsuit to reveal his identity.

Overall, this was not a bad movie. I think it was pretty good. Though not the same as in the level of blockbuster movies but nevertheless, movies like this do not come around often.

The movie definitely talks about responsibility. But in real life, would you? It is kind of hard knowing how hard the economy is these days. Unless I am rich, maybe I could man up and take control of my responsibility and come forward.

However, in my current financial state, I doubt it. Sure, maybe at first coming forward may be such a good idea but what if the moms will want financial responsibility from me as well? I would definitely get broke in an instant.

Apply this in real life, and I doubt any non-rich person would do what Vince Vaughn’s character did.

Movie aside, Cobie Smulders is smoldering hot. Very tall, beautiful, a great actress and just heavenly to look at. She definitely was a good choice portraying a SHIELD agent. Here, she was pretty good too!

I have to be honest, without her I am not sure if I would have liked this movie before I even started watching it ;).
