Protect Your PC With Vipre Anti-Virus

Antivirus softwares are nothign new. They have been around even during the early days of the PC … when Windows software was around. As operating systems evolved, so did applications that harm data and give users a hell of a time literally.
There are free antivirus softwares but those free applications lack features that are vital to the overall protection of your PC. While I have to admit that this may apply before considering that all I thought what was needed was an updated virus definition list, virus themselves have evolved to the point that real time protection in every facet of security is needed to ensure overall protection from these nuisances.
A noticeable fact is also how resource intensive some of these antivirus softwares are. A slow PC can irritate a user because that user will not be able to do anything else if the antivirus keeps hogging all the resources.
So I was apprehensive with using Vipre at first because I thought this might be the same as Symantec or Norton.
But no, I was surprised to observe that Vipre Antivirus is not a resource hogger at all. My PC performs the same as when no antivirus software was installed.
Installation was very quick and easy. A few clicks here and there and your PC gets real time protection in no time. While Vipre boasts majority if not all features needed from an antivirus software, I was really impressed with how this application runs seamlessly in the background like it was never there.
Give it a try. The pricing package is not bad either. In fact, they are affordable. It pays to get an application that is proven to work what it is supposed to do as well as not being a resource hogger at all.
