Yes! I Lost Weight!
I always know when I feel like I bloated or something. Rarely do I feel that I got smaller because I barely do any diet and exercise.
Sure, I exercise once in a while by playing basketball but even, I do not watch what I eat. In short, I eat everything.
Last month I was convinced by my other half to join a fitness program for a month. Well, there was nothing I could do anyway because my other half is quite interested in these kind of things. I had no choice, right? ha ha!
Our schedule is usually Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday for 2 hours. Now on its 3rd week, I was surprised to find out I lost 8 pounds. Wow! That is quite a lot for me.
Although the nutritionists and coaches told us losing 1 pound per week is the healthy way, they can’t blame me if I lost that much weight right?
I do feel a bit thinner now compared to before. While the exercises involve toning the body which can mean building up a little muscle which can lead to weight gain, I think my mission now is really to tone down my tummy.
At least it is not as big as it used to be before
