Whoever Programmed Vicente Sotto Hospital’s Telephone System Is Stupid
This has been a terrible week for me and it only got worse when I made a phone call to Vicente Sotto Hospital. I was supposed to ask how much they charge their CT Scan service when their automated phone system made a stupid move.

automated: Sorry, the operator is still busy at the moment. Please press star (*) to hold.
-pressed star(*)-
automated: Your call will now be terminated. Please call again. Thank you.
—bleeeeep—
Bravo! Whoever programmed that telephone system is downright stupid. I pressed star (*) to hold the call but instead it cut me off.
