Scooby Doo & The Music Of The Vampire (2011)
I have written a lot of posts regarding Scooby Doo whether it is a movie or tv-series. The latest one I watched is titled Scooby Doo and the Music of the Vampire. While previous posts were praises, there is always a first for everything and for this one I have to say I am disappointed.
The movie is so full of music video scenes. A song or two is alright but the movie shows so many instances where characters sing songs.
Scooby Doo Music of the Vampire is the 17th installment in a line of direct to video films based on the Scooby Doo franchise produced by Warner Bros. Animation.
The story is about the instant when Daphne becomes the star of a vampire film, the production is thrown into chaos by a real vampire forcing the Scooby Doo team to investigate who’s behind this monstrous mayhem.
We all know the monsters end up to be people in disguise but it looks like the monsters tend to get more real and more violent like real monsters act.
While all Scooby Doo movies are somewhat redundant in how scenes play out in the end, I cannot give this movie a positive review. I got bored with too many singing. Maybe the kids won’t mind but I did and I somehow did not enjoy this movie 100%.
