Smallville Finale
The Smallville finale had been aired so many weeks back and it was only today that I had the time to watch it. What can I say? Only the last part made me feel good about it. I expected the series finale to be an all out war between Darkseid’s minions and the Justice League.
But no, only Green Arrow was around. The 2 episode finale should have been only one considering the first half was just dragging to waste half an hour of viewer’s minutes. The second half was where the juicy details came in. I guess even after being disappointed when none of the other heroes showed up, Superman wearing his classic costume and the classic soundtrack made me feel all emo.
That was the best part this tv series ever had. And the part when viewers finally saw him flew. Can’t really say overall the series was superb, since I stopped watching it for 2 seasons because the story was getting nowhere but when they started introducing Justice League characters and villains, my interest in the series kicked in again.
I just can’t get that classic Superman intro soundtrack off of my head. Not even Marvel can defeat it.
