The Ideal Guestbook
Gone are the days when guestbooks were merely just … guestbooks. Sometimes, it can be frustrating to me to have to look for the link where I could fill up the contact form in order to communicate with the site’s admin. In the business side of things, it can potentially mean a loss of a customer. If it is a personal website, it can mean the loss of a visitor.
What Ideal Guestbook brings is an intuitive way for business and personal sites to provide a quick and easily recognizable user interface to let users gain access to the website guestbook, be they a contact form or a feedback form. There are but a handful of sites that have this feature and I must say it makes it easier for me, as the user to communicate with them.
A very impressive feature that I recommend every site must have is called the form feedback form frog. Once you click on the button link which appears on the side of every page of the site, it leaps off to the center of the window to display the form. You can then fill out the form and submit it then some or all of the comments display on the guestbook page.
The features also follow the new FTC guidelines. To fully appreciate this in action, I recommend you try out the free trial in order to have firsthand experience using it.
