1 Down, 2 To Go
1 down. 2 to go. After 2 years of painful waiting, I finally got 1 of 3 checks from PDIC just last week. Finally! That should lessen my stress level from thinking about it all the time. I mean, it is crazy why I got mine late while people I know got theirs way ahead of me? That is just crazy!
Plus, I know PDIC has a lot of money. They have this delaying tactic to prolong sending out the check to you so they could still use your money to loan out to their clients. Man … and I am hoping that next week I will be getting the second one since they informed me it was sent through mail about 5 days after my wife’s check got to us.
So this is good news. At least then I could pay off the debt that I have to my dad. That’s 1 down … 1 more to expect next week and 1 more to go … and then hopefully, this waiting saga can finally end.
