Images Lost

A week ago, I blogged that my WordPress-run blogs were hit with a hack due to old versions of the content management system installed. I accidentally deleted the upload folder that contained all the images of my posts so do not be surprised if you see some broken images in my old articles.
Sucks this happened but at least the experience gave me a lot of insight how to combat such hacks hopefully avoiding another repeat. I decided not to look for the images one by one because so far, this blog contains more than a thousand posts and I surely do not have the time to do that one by one. It will take me forever if I do that.
Instead, I decided to just let it be and focus on the new articles instead.
