Should Have Taken A Little Law

My wife and I had been looking for a lot lately. We actually found one, in the same subdivision as my wife’s uncle. We were definitely interested because the lot size is big plus the price is reasonable even more so considering the location is near the center of the city … Ayala!
We have not started processing the papers yet since there are still some papers not being provided by the buyer. Man, if you want to buy a lot yourself, I think it would be nice to have at least some knowledge about law and stuffs. That way, if an attorney talks about it, you won’t get lost in the conversation.
Sucks if you do right? Good luck to both of us. I hope that things will work out. The location is simply great! This is too good of a chance to pass up. Which got me to thinking. If I know a little law, would have helped to understand things completely.
