Transformers 3 Sideswipe Confirmed As A Convertible

According to Transformers World 2005, it looks like it is not Bumblebee who is getting his top off. Thanks to YouTube user nando323, we now have a confirmation on the new model design of Corvette Stingray (Vehicle mode of movie Sideswipe).
The “new” Convertible Sideswipe was spotted during a Transformers 3 filming in L.A, alongside his Autobot buddies; Bumblebee and the Ferrari 458 Italia. Hasbro will be happy. Since Mattel took the rights to manufacture toys based on the regular Stingray (which explains why we are getting Aston Martin DB9 shaped Sideswipe RPMs and Lotus Elise shaped Deluxe Sidearm Sideswipes), Hasbro now can own the rights to deliver toys based on the new model.
