The Santa Fe R In Eco Challenge

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Hyundai. All opinions are 100% mine.

Today, more and more automobile companies are going green. Global warming is a huge issue in today’s world and automobile makers have come up ways to design new cars that help the environment instead of making it worse. I tend to prioritize looks over a car’s internal structure because I don’t care how fast a car is over other models as long as it runs. But these days, it pays and it helps if your can can actually help contribute to saving the environment.

The Hyundai Santa Fe R is not just an awesome looking and powerful sports utility vehicle. It was designed and geared to help minimize the effects of global warming with its green capabilities and features. The Santa Fe model runs on diesel powered fuel with 27% more power and 7% less carbon dioxide emissions. The owner can even save costs on fuels because it consumes 10% less than other automobile models.

Check out the video, http://www.youtube.com/user/HyundaiSanteFeAUS and see the new Hyundai Santa Fe R Diesel winning the Australian Darwin to Adelaide SUV class of the transcontinental Global Green Challenge. This was a real contest and it pitted different vehicles against each other in Australia, travelling the tough Darwin to Adelaide route. And guess what?! The Hyundai Sante Fe won under the SUV class for fuel efficiency easily.
