It’s Awfully Hard To Buy A House
Man, it pays to be rich. You can buy any house you want. If you are not, it is awfully hard to buy one. Land lots here in Cebu are very expensive. The cheap ones are located so far away while the ones within the city cost like mansions. And that is just for the lot alone. The price could skyrocket if the house is included.
So that is my dilemna now. If I want to loan, I get asked if I can sustain and pay it off in the long run. Which is stupid. Why would I bother getting a loan if I won’t be able to pay it all off? It is a waste of time, effort and will just add more problems to me. At the rate I’m going, I probably just have to save as much as I can till I can save until a certain amount is reached and I can finally buy a house right away without anybody else bugging me about it.
