Rest In Peace Tita Cory
Our prayers are with the family and to Cory Aquino, who passed away a few days back because of colon cancer. She was the first Philippine female president and was famous for ousting Ferdinand Marcos’ iron fist rule for so many years. The yellow color was synonymous to her. This Wednesday will be a special non working holiday for the whole Philippines.
The words People Power brought new meaning to a bloodless revolution during the time the Philippines was in turmoil especially after her husband’s assassination that gave her the determination to run for power. She restored democracy and changed the constitution that still is in effect today. When her term came to an end, she did not try to extend it but gave way for new leaders to take over what she started. A very impressive and admirable woman. One who did so much for the country. May you rest in peace, Tita Cory.

Thank you for the article! I absolutely love reading your posts,It does seem at times that no woman is ever going to be good enough for some - too good of a wife, not a wife, not a good enough wife …or mother.
