How To Install IPA Without Using iTunes

Use an SSH client to transfer your files from desktop/laptop to your iPod Touch. The destination folder should be in /var/mobile/Library/downloads.
Run Installous, go to the downloads tab and they will be there ready to be installed. Just tap on each of them and press install.
