What A Fun And Weird Week!
So I just arrived home from my short vacation in San Carlos City, Philippines. It was a fun yet weird week. Nothing badly weird, just funny weird.
I went to some new places this time. I even jogged through the whole city within an hour or so. Yes it was fun. Yet, there was a weird experience when I tried out one of their spas and the masseuse was massaging me like I was an old person.
He only touched me! No effort whatsoever. People will always say to tell them to press harder but I knew that it was a lost cause because his harder press will still feel like he was massaging an infant. Barely any effort and barely hard presses.
I also got to watch so many bats in Mambukal. Yes, it was fun but also some tragic news as Cebu was hit by tornadoes after a storm passed through. Tornadoes are rare. In fact, it would be weird if one sees one. Yet, there they were for a short time and bringing so many damages.
From water sprouts to tornadoes, even the not so strong ones can bring a big enough devastation. My travel blog will be busy this month since I will be writing regarding my vacation while my memory is still fresh from the experience.
In the meantime, it is back to work for me. And gasp! Getting ready to withstand the onslaught fury of a super typhoon coming in 2 days! Wish everyone luck and hope all of us will be safe.
