Change Exercise When You Get Used To It
When you do exercises for quite some time and have repeated it often, chances are you may not sweat too much from it. They say that it is because your body has gotten used to the exercises.
A good way is to change your exercises once in awhile, like maybe alternating them. That way, your body can really sweat it all out.
I experienced that recently when we decided to change our warmup exercises with new ones. From the common pushup to one that you place your hands in a diagonal way, oh man that really gave me a sweat.
That is harder to do as well considering that much effort needs to be put into either of your elbows considering that they are not both in a horizontal position anymore. The diagonal position of the hands on the floor is really something else.
Variation is really up to you. There are many kinds of exercises available which you can find many visuals online so that should help.
