A Poop A Day
No, I am not talking about the poop itself but when the right time to poop is. I thought at least once a day is pretty normal.
Lately though, it has been different ever since I joined the 1 month fitness program with my wife and applied a little diet to my food.
I mean, I cannot predict when I might poop. And if I do poop, it is not even as big as a Dunkin Donut munchkin. Is this healthy?
I think it probably is normal considering that I do not eat as much as I used to before because of that diet I instilled upon myself.
I guess after so many years I just did not get used to experiencing this.
I am sure at some point in your life, you had tried to go on a diet. Did you also experience this? Or did your poop schedule remained the same?
This week will be the last of the week of the month long fitness program. I hope I can continue that momentum of exercise + diet and maintaining a healthy l ifestyle.
