So true. And to that end, this is one of the reasons I set up my own inbound ground handling service: to concentrate on European destinations only allowing the traveller seamless travel in between European countries with one English speaking person (me) to contact for any queries/concerns. And means I can focus on European suppliers (hoteliers and guides) in ensuring the right service is there for the right price.
