Tissot’s 3D Augmented Reality

A new creative design which uses the 3D concept in watches is released by Tissot. The augmented reality technology indicates that idea of 3D can not only exist in televisions and cinemas, but also appear on people’s wrist, through their watches.
With its augmented reality application downloadable from its website, consumers will be able to try on a 3d virtual watch and interact with the innovative features of the brand’s pioneering Touch collection. WHen users hold their wrist in front of a webcam, to try on watches and change models, colors and styles on their computer. By logging onto Tissot website they can see themselves wearing the watches in 3d.
With a number of different variations to choose from, consumers will be able to try on a selection of styles and select the finish and color of their wristband. Seeing how the watch would look on one’s wrist, users will be able to experiment with the touch screen features of the watches.
I was impressed when I tried this out myself. It is a great way to see the variety of Tissot watches available and try them out and see if you like them on your wrist.
