Legend Of The Seeker Cancelled

Just minutes after I blogged yesterday about the loophole that has been plaguing Legend of the Seeker’s second season, my friend gave me a link with details about the show getting cancelled. Can’t really say I was surprised upon learning it. That loophole is getting nowhere.

I guess it just came at the right time that they wrap the series until the second season. Still, it was a good 2 seasons for them. I enjoyed watching the confessor’s beautiful face in every episode plus Kara’s funny facial expressions when she joined forces with them.

The outlook had been bleak since last March, when many of Tribune Station Group’s markets dropped the syndicated series, which had been developed from Terry Goodkind’s fantasy novels by Hercules/Xena producers Sam Raimi and Robert Tapert. ABC Studios, which produces it, kept shopping it around but found no takers.

There are no details about LEGEND OF THE SEEKER being cancelled (yet). Just rumors.

There is a large fan campaign working to save the show from possible cancellation.

You can find details at savetheseeker.wordpress.com and the fans will appreciate your helping share the word.
