Sinulog 2010
Sinulog 2010 is just a few days away and the streets have already been busy with traffic. Worse, come Sinulog day, do not expect to be able to use your mobile phone that much especially at night. None of the mobile providers in the Philippines are capable to handle the sheer number of people using their service.
And that ain’t an excuse to shell out to angry subscribers if they have issues with sending text messages or calling other numbers. Well, there ain’t that much customers to entertain with in the first place because you cannot even contact their customer service hotline number! Ironic!
So anyway, it will be my first time to actually go inside the parade route anytime and anywhere I want to courtesy of an I.D. that I bought. I had to buy one because of a bad experience last year while taking photos from the sidelines. You just cannot get good photos since there are so many photographers in the parade route who will block your view. Plus, it gets worse if the people standing in front of you use umbrellas to shield themselves from the sun. No way are you going to be able to get good views from that.
So wish me luck. I ain’t there to take photographs for the contest. I am just in it for the fun. My first time.
