Ipar’s

Ipar’s is a great place for a good fine dining moment with you and your friends, or … say … your date ;). It is located along Ramos Street, Cebu City, Philippines. This post won’t mention any prices since my aunt treated me and my family to dinner since my parents were in town. The place is owned by Ipar himself, great chef if I say so myself.

I forgot the exact specific names that we ordered but we ordered Paella rice, some chicken, fish fillet, beef tongue (or was that pork) and mixed vegetables (specifically for my dad sinec he is a vegetarian). If you plan to order the Paella rice, you should call them up ahead of time since it takes an hour to make one. My aunt called in advance so that when we got there, we could feast right away.

The place is cozy and the aura feels like some European style setting. The tables are made of wood with some cracks on it. Check out more photos of the food that we ate [HERE]. They all taste good (except the tongue since I never bothered tasting it he he he).
