Casa Verde I.T. Park

We were too late when we went to Jollibee and McDonalds in I.T. Park (Cebu, Philippines) to have some breakfast meals. Their loss. Seems they are strict when it comes to the time. McDonalds stops its breakfast meals even earlier, at 10:30AM. They thought that since we were there, we would just order their regular meals instead. Nah uh! No way.
We looked for some other place to eat instead and we ended up at Casa Verde. Now, I was not looking forward to it because the servings in Casa Verde, Ramos are pretty lame. Oh yeah, the menu is different in its I.T. Park’s branch compared to Ramos and Ayala. They looked all pretty expensive. My wife ordered back ribs while I ordered a clubhouse sandwich since there was no salisbury steak available there.
Once the food was served, I was pretty much surprised. The servings were enormous! No kidding! We even saw the table beside us order some salad and pasta and they were also plentiful. Each dish can be shared by two (or 3) people. I would say their food is worth it. Even the Death By Chocolate dessert was big (I remember it well before in Ramos that it was pretty small), but it still was ordinary, nothing special about it. 4 people can share gobbling up that chocolate dessert.
If you plan to eat there, try to share it with your companion. You will be surprised how plentiful their servings are whether they be appetizer, dessert, main course and/or pasta.
