Cellphone Load Life Tripled
Have you read the news about cellphone load life being tripled now? And this happened because Senator Enrile got victimized with the telecom’s unreliable system when his prepaid load vanished. So, we only have to wait for big time people to be victimized in order for things to be fixed. If the senator had not been victimized, telecoms would still continue to reap huge profits all the while still using their unreliable systems.
This is money for crying out loud. If you have some product to sell, make sure your system is reliable. Normally clients get charged all of a sudden and if they make a complaint, they would have to wait a few or more days just to get an answer. And they are not even guaranteed that things will go their way as most of the time their staffs are too lazy to check on the said concern and do a remedy on it. The result is that sometimes, a client just let things be. Good bye money, because of the telecom’s laziness. They should be penalized so these things will not happen and customers will not be cheated of their money. And by penalize, I mean by the zillions. That is the only way for customers not to get cheated. They will have to make sure that their system is reliable rather than shelling out a product and marketing it when it is not even bug free.
Oh, and there would be no more spamming of ads which sometimes can eat up your load as well. That would save people a lot of trouble calling up customer service and telling them to stop sending you spam text ads only to get a response from them telling you to wait 2 days for it to be in effect. 2 days?!? Wow! Seems like they are not using computers since it takes two days to disable something that they initiated in the first place.
