PETA’s Veggie Ad Rejected By NBC In Super Bowl
Feb 01, 2009 I news.Ever heard about this news? I bet a lot of you not from the U.S. do not. This was a pretty interesting ad. It was supposed to be aired during the Super Bowl game but was nixed by NBC because apparently, it was too sexual in a way. The ad did seem to portray it since the point of the ad was to show that studies reveal vegetarians have better sex. Our cultures bring out the different reactions in all of us. Some may see it as ok, while some do not. In my case, yeah, the girls were too sexual with their movements even if they were just veggies. I think NBC did the right thing. Though they gave a list of what needs to be taken out in the ad before they decide to air that ad.
- licking pumpkin
- touching her breast with her hand while eating broccoli
- pumpkin from behind between legs
- rubbing pelvic region with pumpkin
- screwing herself with broccoli (fuzzy)
- asparagus on her lap appearing as if it is ready to be inserted into vagina
- licking eggplant
- rubbing asparagus on breast
Head on to this link to see the video ad. What do you think? Was NBC right with their decision? or does the ad look mild to you?
Like what you see? Buy me a cup of coffee. I love cappuccinos.
