Barbie In A Christmas Carol
Barbie stars in her first Christmas Special CGI Movie. The story stars herself as Eden, who does not have the Spirit of Christmas. Kind of odd right? During after one of her shows, she does not want her staff to have the day off to spend Christmas with their families. Later that night, the spirit of her aunt visited her and told her that 3 spirits will visit her to help her change her life because her aunt does not want Eden to become like her, wrapped around in chains for eternity.
It is with the spirits visits that we get to learn how Eden came to be with her not having the spirit of Christmas and how she’ll change eventually. First, the spirit of Christmas past shows the time when she was still a child. Then then spirit of Christmas present appears and shows her what is going on with her staff currently, who includes Katherine, her best friend. Lastly, the spirit of Christmas future shows her what the future unfolds if he stays the same and/or changes. I pretty much enjoyed this movie, touching, emotional and fun at the same time. The good old Christmas songs we all love are also sang here.

Once every few months I’m dragged kicking and screaming to see a new film. I can’t stand wasting my hard-earned dollar on the crap Hollywood throws at us these days, but every once in a while I’m pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoy a movie. This was definitely one of those rare times.
