Chateau de Busay

I went to my friend’s wedding last Saturday and her reception was held at Chateau de Busay. It was my very first time to have went there. I kept hearing stuffs about it being a nice place. I actually considered Chateau as a venue for my reception but the problem was that since my wedding was on July, that month was part of the rainy season. And going there during rain is not very safe which was why we decided to have it in Parklane Hotel instead. Anyway, back to the topic. The place sits just below Mountain View and Tops. Going there without transportation can be costly as taxis tend to overcharge and give lame reasons to add extra because they won’t have any passengers going back to the city. If you plan to hold your reception here, you may as well rent some transportation like rent-a-van or a bus to accomodate your guests. My wife said a lot of things have changed with Chateau. The place has expanded. My friend’s wedding reception was held on the 2nd floor, with a roof but open. The place looks ok. Even the food tasted great. I love lasagna mmmm. The only problem was that since there was another reception held out on the open below us, we could hear their music and their emcee’s dialogue as I’m sure they could hear us from their end too. We prefer no disturbances right? Although the noise wasn’t that extreme, I couldn’t hear the dialogue clearly but it sounded like people murmuring but in guitar bass mode. Chateau also has some rooms for overnight stay. I saw my friend’s room and the comfort area is huge. The place is very good for sunset pictorial. The sunset color looks just amazing, what more when you take photos with it as the background. I think that their buffet is not very expensive, price is affordable and fair.
