Right when we entered Ayala’s premise, a promo girl handed us a flier on Junrex’s sale. Woh, 1+1 sale on phones. We thought, this must be like Nokia’s sale in SM that started last week. Naturally we checked it out. Who won’t right? 1 + 1 or Buy 1 Take 1 always will attract customers. Once we inquired about it, I was disappointed to learn that the 1 + 1 + FREE (we didn’t notice the FREE at first) for a Nokia 1200 phone would be purchasing 2 of them at P2,790 + FREE sim card. Hello??? A Nokia 1200 phone costs almost P1,500 and they’re offering it as a 1+1? That’s deception. They should have labelled it as 1+1 + 20% off. I always see it as dirty marketing technique to fool the impulsive person to buy right away, it pisses me that these kind of marketing schemes are not prevented. Anyway, we’re going to buy that buy 1 take 1 promo in Nokia in SM. They’re legit. That is what you call honest advertising.
