Best basketball actor ever? Paul Pierce, no doubt. Whoever gets carried off in a stretcher and miraculously comes back and play the game? That was just a ploy to throw the Lakers off with mind games and it worked. With all the hype about his injury coming into game 2, it was all just pure drama. Look how well he’s playing. Some players no matter how serious the injury may be gets carried off by their teammates. This one is priceless. A Stretcher? That should be something VERY serious. And comes back to the game in a short while? Plus the referees are totally favoring the Celtics too. Ever since that issue about the Utah-Lakers series that Kobe’s gotten so many calls, he barely had any in the Spurs series and now this? What’s worse, the Lakers get called for so many fouls. The NBA does want this to go to a game 7 to boost more ratings and get paid back for all those previous poor Finals ratings the past years. The Lakers gets beaten? Possible. With help of a conspiracy. The Celtics have a lot of nobodies but I do have to admit that Rajon Rondo got lucky in Game 1 with his outside shots. Hell, if a team gets to pick Fisher or Rondo for their team, who would want Rondo? He’s just a leftover. Game 2 is a mess so far. So many fouls called on the Lakers which even the commentator couldn’t believe on one foul called on Kobe Bryant. And Kobe can’t get any fouls? Hell, Ray Allen can’t play defense. He hasn’t even been on an all-defensive team ever since. He’s just offense. Instead of a dream matchup, this series is not just I expected it to be. I expect the Lakers to win this Finals series, but not possibly down 2-0. I’ve already given up hope that the Lakers can win Game 2, given the fact that they’ve already got lots of fouls on them (3 each for Kobe and Fisher) in the first half alone. Guess I’ll just look forward to games 3, 4 and 5.

Like what you see? Buy me a cup of coffee. I love cappuccinos.
