Anything Goes

This is one of the requirements that you will pass to the city health in order to get a marriage license. Why am I blogging this? What’s so special about it? True, nothing special about it. It was what happened is the reason why I’m blogging about this to help those would be marrying couple who will have their wedding in Cebu and one of them is not from there. Frankly, going through a whole day of seminar is utterly boring. I hate seminars. Can’t even bear listening in a meeting, what more a seminar that would last a whole day. I am from Cagayan de Oro City and my wife to be is from Cebu so naturally, the wedding will take place in Cebu. We were in CDO one time and since we had some extra time off I thought about taking that seminar for family planning with her. I asked the person in charge in city health if this same certificate is valid if we use it to pass the requirements in another city, in this case, Cebu. He confirmed it so we went on with the seminar and got the certificate. It was last week when my fiancee went to Cebu’s city health that we found out it’s not valid. We had to take the freaking seminar again! Now who the hell wouldn’t be pissed about that?! It seems that Cebu has a different approach on family planning than in any other place in the Philippines, right? Because if they’re all the same, why the hell do we have to take on a stupid whole day seminar over again?! Money! Bet ya on that. Those money grubbing crooks. That’s all they want. I’d have to spend for the certificate again, take a leave of absence (just for this) and waste my time listening the same bla bla bla all over again. I saw someone I know yesterday and I told him about it. He said that he and his wife took the seminar in CDO and passed the certificate in Manila and there were no problems. So what’s with Cebu huh? I hope that girl in city health’s HR gets some karma.
