The Painful Truth
Apr 22, 2008 I Uncategorized.I went out with my friends for some snacks this afternoon bringing with me a heavy burden on choosing what to buy. I analyzed every snack available so that I could buy the cheapest and most logical of them all. I decided to buy bananacue instead, thinking that, ok, they had a 40% increase a few months ago, and this is the cheapest that would surely make your tummy contented for the time being, so I got no choice. When I got to the stall, they ran out of bananacues so it was off to the next item for me. Julies Bakeshop was the next nearest to buy snacks and I bypassed it with no second thoughts. Their price increase is ridiculous and is not worth buying anymore. Betty’s bakeshop didn’t fare well with my preference either. Their sandwiches are too expensive, as are everything else that they sell. We opted to try our luck with the convenience store near to where we were. I thought I might check it out even if prices are a little bit more expensive (because it’s a convenience store) because there are more items available for you to buy. I noticed now, that most of the items have shrunk in size and content. Man, you’d think Apple Computers is the only one that’s fast in dropping its iPod player sizes and prices after a few months. Consumer goods are in it too! As is mostly everything. I still haven’t gotten near to buying anything and I thought to myself, in the end, I may not buy anything at all. I did get a lucky break though. I remembered I-Am still hasn’t increased their price for their SILOG meals. It was what I bought for snacks which also served as my dinner. Good treat. I sort of followed the 6pm diet rule: no meals after 6pm. Things are bad here in our country. Everything’s gone smaller. Who knows, even automobiles might revert back to the original KIA model ;). If painful truth keeps up, we might see a boom in candy sales
Like what you see? Buy me a cup of coffee. I love cappuccinos.

no matter what, there will always be inflation.. thats why you get paid more as well after how many years.. everything will go up, no matter what country you are in.
