Anything Goes

It just seemed like a few months ago that I ranted about the price increase in bakeries. I had hoped that this would be the end of it, that another possible price increase would happen when I’d be having grandchildren. Hell, I haven’t even gotten married yet and bread prices have increased already?!? Again?!? I learned about this today because the price of Julie’s Bakeshop’s Cheese bread is now P3.00 from P2.50. What the… a big 20% increase. I could only talk to myself, angry at why this is happening. Everything seems to increase, except our salaries! Before, I ranted that I won’t be buying this certain product because the price increase makes it worthless for me to buy it. Now that breads have joined in giving us more misery, I have no idea yet on how to go about this crisis. Maybe in the end, I’d decide to just eat candy instead.
