Anything Goes

There’s a big chance you have read about this issue. It’s also been heard in the news (as what I was told). This was the longest post in a blog that I have read. If you did blog about it, better be careful. I’ve read this in a blog somewhere and you can get in trouble.

Here’s what could get bloggers (if they’re in the philippines) into trouble if they’re covering the issue, written about it (and probably added their $70,000 worth comment against the other parties).

• Publicly mentioning names of people being exposed in the blog.
• Posting pictures of the people being named by Brian in his blog.
• Publishing the URL of the blog or linking to the blog.
• Quoting a libelous sentence on the blog or re-publishing/summarizing allegations thereof.

Would forums be liable as well? Just wondering … And if it did get aired in the news, would they also be liable?
