How would you feel if you see a transaction charge in your credit card bill that is so out of this world. Man, a glitch in Visa’s Debit Processing Services system victimized quite a number of credit card accounts showing an insane charge amounting to 23 Quadrillion dollars. You can already buy a country with that.
