This one is a work of wonder. It is quite a hassle to have to turn on and off on either WIFI, cell data, WIFI hotspot and even location services. When I found out from my friend that he installed SBSettings in his iPhone 4S, I was pretty happy that I knew about it.

Then I wondered why the hell Apple did not incorporate this in iOS in the first place. Considering that they have no widget support, they could have done this so as not burden users to having to turn on and off these features.

Suuuure, they may say that users do not have to turn them on and off. But some people still do because there are people who do not want an empty battery so soon nor do they want to change phones every 2 years or so. Apple clearly wants users to drain the batteries in their iPhones so they will buy new ones in no time.

Great job Apple. Karma sure did hit you back because jailbreaking is legal now. Those who want to get this feature integrated into the notification center go to Cydia and look for SBSettings.

I congratulate the people behind SBSettings because you guys just saved me a ton of hassle from tapping so many times just to turn and on some features.

What makes a product successful is its simplicity on its usage and its effectiveness in bringing expected results. I recently checked a software application that lets me easily create and manage surveys intended for use in Android powered smart phones.

Dooblo’s survey software called Survey To Go is a pretty simple application to use. And I say simple because I am the type who does not like a lot of steps to go through in order to create something. Simplicity is everything to me. That goes with the resulting output surveys that can be used for Android phones and tablets.

Not everybody in this world is a techie that is why the Survey To Go is a great complement to users who want to create mobile surveys and manage data generated by those surveys in one easy and intuitive user interface.

For managing survey results, the application has this nifty feature that lets me know exactly which interviewer performed which interview and where. Since smart phones nowadays have GPS support, I can instantly gain near real-time visibility of where my current interviewers are and what they are doing.

Okay, so you might say that there are already existing applications that does this. True. But what makes Dooblo’s Survey To Go different from the rest is the efficiency from conducting mobile field surveys operation without losing data and the ability to control field surveyors and their work in real time.

I can even do multiple users and groups with defined permissions so as to explicitly set specific requirements and settings.

And the best part? Its pay per use policy feature is what attracted me to use this for my mobile survey needs. This means that I only get to pay on demand and only for the interviews I conduct!

You should give this a try if you want an effective mobile survey management solution. I have tried this and I am recommending you try it. Visit http://www.dooblo.net/.

You might say that this is just another toolbar that can clutter your browser. Wait! That was what I felt at first but in actuality, you have to know if the toolbar actually does more good than bad. Knowing today that most, if not all users definitely uses Facebook, you might want to check out this Somoto Toolbar to enrich your Internet experience even more.

Its social network integration provides shortcuts to frequently accessed Facebook actions like status updates from friends, posting updates to walls and even share any website on Facebook. All from that toolbar.

And that is not all. Somoto made sure to include other well known social networking sites like Twitter and Google+. Great job guys, many sites still do not include Google+ in their system so I was actually happy when I found out Google+ is supported.

Twitter users can read latest tweets and update post to Twitter easily. Google+ and Blogspot users can also stay updated using the toolbar.

The toolbar is not a resource hogger. In fact, it feels like it’s not even in my computer because it really does eat only a small amount of memory. Knowing that social networking sites requires constant real time updates, one would think system resource is an issue.

Well, no. Try it. I am sure you will like it. You can visit their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/pages/Somoto-Toolbar/214895865267059 for more details too.
